I come here a lot for my mom and myself. From my knowledge the staff is younger- high school/maybe college age with younger management. They’re always the sweetest despite the fact that they are swamped and understaffed LIKE EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT IN THE USA RIGHT NOW! Sure they mess up sometimes, I’ve had my fair share of it but it really doesn’t matter because it’s coffee, go get some extra cream and sugar at home or at your office. I come here everyday so I just thought to give them a good boost. All of them I speak to are so sweet and are trying their best.
Please do better... I could only eat about one-quarter,😒🤔 it was so horrible burnt on the edges 😒😒barely any cream cheese!! I'm currently at McDonald's I know they will give me something decent to eat...On a positive note the coffee was 😄 delicious & the rest of the order was eaten with a smile.. We appreciated the wonderful friendly service ... All the staff was perfect .. .

I gave this place a third try. Service is absolutely horrible. Not unstaffed at all on this particular Saturday but not one of the workers acknowledged that I was waiting for my order. They were busy making their own drinks. Where I moved from our Dunkins set records for most cars thru a drive thru and most importantly orders always correct. If you walked in you were greeted immediately not ignored. Not sure I owns this place but certainly needs changes. Sad because I was so happy to see one open close to home. Disappointed again!
Terrible Dunkin’ Donuts! First off The parking lot is set up to where you can only exit one way out of the drive thru which cause a lot of traffic. Sometimes the coffee is good but most of the time it tastes like water and milk. Donuts are good but everything else from hash browns to the sandwiches taste burnt. This location is always very slow, the lobby is never open and yesterday when I went the drive thru was closed, a guy came on the speaker and said sorry we are closed due to lack of staff. Not sure if this place will make it, which is sad because I was looking forward to having a Dunkin’ so close but ever since it opened it hasn’t done good at all!
